DXA [Destroya X Ashar]

After digging around in my old library of beats, I made somehow I ended up working on a new project to release 'em. Back before I'd heard of the Monsta Island Czars or MF DOOM, under production I used the pseudonym "Destroya" with plans to use the character of the same name (Spelt "Destroyah") from the Godzilla movies in any imagery.

This was me circa 2004-2006

Later on I guess I grew past the name & now I don't think I am the same person.

Destroy X Ashar will be released in as sort of a double album file dump, some beats under the name Ashar (actual name) & Destroya, each embodying their own styles.

My older work is quite primitive & I'm still not technically sound, so if anything it'll be better to take it for it's artistic ideas.

Ashar "Sometimes"

Ashar "Are you feelin' it?"

Some "Destroya" videos will be coming soon...

Blog: Shadeprint

Due to Google's insecurity of being completely overshadowed by Tumblr they've revamped bloggers entire layout style. Adapting to this, I've updated this Evah Strange place and adapted it to this new style.

Tumblr is a pretty dumbed down place anyway, it's mostly image spamming and nobody really uses it for reading anything ever.

Here's a new T-Shirt design;-

Sonooki Suit
Originally I was going to do this in pixel format, but after a
brief Google search that was abandoned.
The ruff edged style is intentional, I wanted that rugged look.

Beat Dump 2. Prog. D.

Reggies New Kicks! // The Assailants Assurance

It won't go down!

This little piece is entirely animated by Ahmed Abdillahi, a hard working associate of mine who has worked his ass off in regards to animation & has exhibited his ever improving skill time & time again.

To the sounds of Beat Dump 2's "Reggies New Kicks!" and "The Assailants Assurance" you will witness a fine animation show reel.

Ultimate Dog Tease Song

The Maple Kind?

So I wanted to take advantage of a successful situation, similar to
the 'McBucks' scenario, except in this instance, this was far more successful.

Using the massively popular 'Ultimate Dog Tease' clip & mixing it with
material from Beat Dump III, this project managed to get a large amount of exposure,
In turn getting my own work (Transitions the song used) exposure at the same time.
